Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
ThatMart is a digital marketplace enabling vendors to:
List goods and services.
Accept orders via web, QR code, or WhatsApp.
Accept payments directly from customers via card, mobile money, and offline methods.
Track sales and analytics.
Manage delivery and reservations.
ThatMart facilitates transactions but does not hold funds nor act as an intermediary payment processor.
5. Fees and CommissionsMost plans operate on a zero commission model; vendors receive payments directly.
Plan fees are tiered and outlined on the pricing page.
Take note of applicable third-party processing fees (e.g., payment gateways).
Vendors are solely responsible for fulfilling orders, providing customer service, and complying with local regulations (including taxes, permits, and licenses).
Vendors must ensure that listings are accurate and lawful.
Vendors are responsible for refunds, disputes, and chargebacks.
Customers must provide accurate contact and payment information.
Customers agree to comply with vendor policies and ThatMart community standards.
Users may not:
Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.
Misrepresent goods or services.
Violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property.
Users retain ownership of their content (e.g., menus, images).
Users grant ThatMart a non-exclusive license to display, market, and promote their content on the platform.
ThatMart retains rights to the platform's codebase, design, and trademarks.
ThatMart may integrate third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, analytics tools).
Users agree to the terms of any third-party services they engage with via the platform.
ThatMart is not liable for third-party service issues.
ThatMart collects and processes personal data in accordance with its [Privacy Policy].

14. ModificationsThatMart reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law and Dispute ResolutionThese Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the user resides or conducts business.
Disputes shall be resolved amicably or through arbitration where applicable.
